Pros
Direct access to CEO for nearly everyone. Interesting application areas that make for an enriching work experience. Some perks, decent benefits, salaries generally commensurate with experience and positions. Good amount of flexibility and autonomy from management. Virtually no bureaucracy.
Cons
Not a lot of upward mobility--company is virtually flat. Work cycles can be quite volatile.
