Fantastic Place to Work - Web Developer Entropy Multimedia Employee Review

It is a fantastic work environment. Co-workers are friendly and the attitude is extremely relaxed. That being said, development is driven and there is always something to do or improve upon. Work is varied and fun, and occasionally diverges from areas listed in the job requirements.

There is very little negative to say about Entropy. A focus on growth would be preferable, as it appears that the company is doing little to expand beyond its current state.

The best I can say for Entropy is that they are flexible with your 40 hour week. You set your own schedule.

Bullying environment. Management is unwilling or unable to reign in the many employees who engage in coworker bullying on a daily basis. High employee turnover. Unruly code base with generally poor programming practices rampant throughout. Held together with tape and a little luck.
