      The team here is pretty good and passionate about what they do. Most people are friendly and approachable.

      Not much honestly but I’ll say the benefits aren’t the greatest.

      Their process produces good design results The designers are nice and fun to work with

      Cons

      Private equity has no place in a creative studio Leadership is so disconnected from the rest of the designers, very little transparency or trust from top to bottom Some leadership can be verbally hostile
