Entrega Does not Deliver - Anonymous employee Entrega Employee Review

My experience at Entrega was less than the average 3.3/5 stars. The culture is so toxic and discouraging. Management micro-manages every project, yet they're absolutely clueless as to what the client is actually asking for or what is even going on for the duration of a project. When there is actual work to do, most of your day will be spent making spreadsheets, powerpoints or Visio charts that go absolutely no where. I saw a lot of talented, creative and hard working people leave Entrega because of the terrible management, culture and unrealistic expectations. I'd be very skeptical of these 5 star reviews. I would not be surprised if management wrote them.
