Pros

For people who really care about making a difference, this is a great place to work. What Entrée Health does positively impacts patients' lives in ways that are hard to realize in other types of agencies. The people are very friendly, and it's been easy to get to know the leadership team, including the CEO. So many people have been working here for 10+ years, and it's easy to see why. It's very refreshing to be part of a collaborative team approach where my experience and creativity are respected and incorporated into our work. Being able to work from home or the office gives me the flexibility I need to maintain good work-life balance.

Cons

There are so many ways to get involved and connect with people across the organization that it can feel overwhelming when you're new. My advice is to try out lots of different employee groups, meet-ups, and connection opportunities, then pick your favorite and get super involved in what is most meaningful to you.

Pros

- People are genuinely kind and pleasant to work with - Good pay - Good starting experience if you’re new to the pharmaceutical industry

Cons

- Extremely demanding workload with frequent after-hours expectations - Work-life balance is talked about more than it’s practiced - Job security is very low. Layoffs happen almost every year - The work itself can feel repetitive and unfulfilling - High stress for long periods with little reassurance of stability
