Terrible Management - Help Desk Technician Entre Technology Services Employee Review

The Vice President and the rest of management(obv minus the CTO) sees every employee as replaceable and just another 9-5 worker. They do not care about their employees but they sure do talk like they do. They act like you are family and then try to take advantage of you and then complain they that you are you being insubordinate when you are just sticking up for yourself. They also tried to fire someone who works there for talking to other employees about their pay. When the Vice President was told it was a federally protected law he rescinded his termination. I kept looking for jobs though!
