Experienced a pattern of management misconduct that escalated over time. Leadership first reassigned my primary technical responsibilities without justification, then consistently dismissed my input in team settings and publicly badgered me in front of the team. This conduct appeared to embolden certain team members to engage in bullying behavior during this period — with management taking their side throughout. The situation was then formalized when leadership assigned a key technical role to one of these team members without merit-based justification, bypassing seniority entirely and creating a direct authority imbalance. Each decision built on the last. The pattern was not coincidental. Additionally, the tech stack is outdated — a real concern for anyone who wants to stay current in the industry.
