Pros
I have a boss that really knows what he's doing. He has only protected and been there to support me in my initiatives. He not only has found ways to mentor me, but give me initiatives that align with my skill set. The company in general is making huge strides to become innovative and fast moving. We have licenses to Reforge that give us a leg up on continuing education with lots of open spots to get free food at work. My coworkers are all professional and I'm grateful to be working with them. It seems everyone is working together towards similar goals. Like all jobs there will be politics, but after being in several tech companies they do a good job at minimizing it.
Cons
They are forcing people to come in 3 days a week. As long as you're good with hybrid roles this won't be a con for you.
