Pros
Compensation is very competitive and benefits are up to par. The work environment is awsome! Company parties, competitions with huge prizes and tons of room for advancement. You just have to be the best to get the best positions. Anyone whining about ceilings for advancement are obviously not qualified for any higher position.
Cons
The ideas and technology here are ahead of the entire industry, so occasionally we run into bumps that are dealt with very quickly. We are in uncharted waters, but keeping our heads above water.
