Pros

-The people really make this a great workplace, Entrata does a great job at hiring awesome people -HR really makes the most of the resources they are given, although some might prefer different benefits, HR does a great job at making everyone feel included -The company has generic values that make for a great foundation, whether they live them is a story for another time

Cons

-The Executive team is disaster. The CEO is very unprofessional, his behavior at work is inappropriate, he hires random women he meets at parties, he throws parties at the building and leaves it trashed, the list goes on. -As great as HR is, they have verbally told me they have 0 control over certain HR matters, the Executive team always makes the last call and job security is non-existent. There are major issues when you cannot report inappropriate behavior to your own HR department simply because nothing will happen or youre too scared you'll get fired. -Entrata has a lot of great middle managers, unfortunately many of the directors (higher level managers)are not qualified for their positions and the "who you know" office politics come into play. You will see preferential treatment on the daily, and they do not even try to be discrete about it. -Last but not least benefits are not competitive, you have tons of employees working full time salary, or full time hourly without PTO. Holidays are not paid, if you do qualify for PTO don't get too excited because its only a handful of days and sick days are not separate either
