Pros
Very driven work environment with a unified vision of where we want to take this company. All employees are A-players: smart, driven and dedicated. The mentality of all teams is to Go for the Win with every project or task. This means finding any means necessary to complete a project or satisfy a client's needs. Very visible company for all employees to know how the company is performing and to help each employee understand what their specific work and their department's work does to keep the entire business machine moving forward.
Cons
I don't mind any of these but some not find them ideal. Depending on your department it might be required for you to work outside of business hours. Small company means more visibility into your individual performance, no hiding and skating by.
