Pros
Great office space with an amazing coffee machine l, table tennis room and pool room. Office amenities are on point including ergonomic chairs, standing desks etc
Cons
General nature of over promise and under deliver. Management rarely look far enough in the future to plan ahead, which makes everyone constantly scramble to ‘fight fires’ on a daily basis. Resourcing is also a contributor, the company is severely under-resourced, which makes implementations rushed, customers unhappy and employees over worked. Commissions also seem to be heavily scrutinised and not paid out on multiple occasions.
