Pros
Entity is a well-run company that while being mission-driven, is still run like a business. The CEO cares deeply about helping to advance women in the workplace and recognizes that a new approach to education and skills training is needed. I am very happy to work at a company that is making a difference.
Cons
When I first heard about Entity, I was a bit concerned about the reviews on this site, to be honest. Having worked at the company now for a couple of years I can say that our CEO is unfairly held to a standard that men wouldn't be. Layoffs are difficult, but it takes a strong, decisive leader to do what is necessary as hard as those decisions might be. In short, the only con is having to deal with questions about the reviews on this site as we continue to hire our team.
