Entitle typically will pay a bit higher than other title companies in Pittsburgh and this is a small company.
Cons
Entitle has not shown the growth they have hoped for. They don't conduct their own settlements so they only profit off of title premiums. Due to the lack of growth, layoffs are quite common. They have not shown loyalty to employees through their growing pains. The CEO wants to be hands on, which is a positive but he has not taken enough time to get close to and understand the business. Employees come second behind the bottom line and are not seen as,an investment. Reviews were often delayed and communication from the top down is an issue. There is not much investment in technology, also hampering growth.
