Software Engineer - Anonymous employee Entic Employee Review

I have been working at Entic for almost three years now. It is a great company to work for. There is a feeling of a Team structure, where all members share the same goal of succeeding and helping others from the same or different department across the organization.

Communication among different departments has improved tremendously over time, but there is always room for additional improvement.

I have been at Entic for about six months now. Entic is a great company where everyone is committed to success. It is a fast paced work environment where you are constantly challenged. No project is the same and you are constantly learning. It's great being in Florida but working on and evaluating systems across the country.

Lots of work which can sometimes overflow into personal time.
