      at the forefront of an industry selling a very unique technology, no cold calling decision makers are expecting you by name for meetings, ACTUALLY helping businesses around the country, not a cut throat environment the team is here to help each other grow and reach their own personal goals, everyone pushes and motivates one another, incredible company outings, Not a corporate drone work environment people are able to be themselves. Ample growth opportunities. Amazing office space.

With every new hire we stress to them that working here isn't like other places where you cheat and tear people down to get ahead. Everyone motivates each other and treats others with respect. Also we're excited to announce that we now offer a benefits package to eligible employees!

      Pros

      Bare with me... There are a lot of Pros about working for Prospect Smarter. First off the office view is AMAZING! We face the ocean and the Gandy bridge so we are always seeing people fishing on their boats. Prospect Smarter has a fun atmosphere, culture, and people and you can see that the moment you walk in. It's great having the senior managers and CEO's so involved with the company and always looking for ways to improve our productivity; for example buying a brand new CRM system. The good thing about Prospect Smarter being a small company is there having lots of opportunity to grow. Right now there is a huge growth opportunity with the sales department and hopefully over time there will be in the production and support department as well. This is such a hard working company that has came a long way to be where it is and I only see the company continuing to grow.

      Cons

      Since Prospect Smarter is a small company there are no benefits and the pay for hourly positions is pretty low. I am hoping when we start to grow and get more revenue in we will be able to have benefits and raises.
