I learned a lot in Entes. I met really cool people who had to leave because Entes has a very toxic culture. I learned how to deal with highly toxic and inadequate mid-level managers responsible for departments.
Cons
If you're innovative and a risk-taker do not go there - you will be crushed. It's all about politics and gamesmanship. There are far better companies with much better cultures around - go there.
