Pros
Cognitive Computing is an exciting field to be in. Work is interesting and challenging. Collaborative team environment. Management encourages growth so if you're interested in applying your current skillset and learning new skills you should consider applying. I think most of the job postings are on linkedin.
Cons
Fast paced environment--not necessarily a con in my opinion, but if you don't like working in this type of environment and don't have the interest in putting in extra hours as needed, probably not a good place for you to work.
