Mental Torture - Dont Want to Specify Enterprise Signal Employee Review

Its been wonderful to be a part of the company . I can list the pros as - It's awesome to work with highly skilled professionals who are passionate about what they do - You get ample opportunity to enhance your skills as you work . - Good Recognization and compensation After seeing many negative reviews and being a satisfied employee, I thought it will be a mistake from my end if I don't write one . I suggest the other employees also to do the same.

It's a growing company so some people might feel ignored. Any general cons you can expect in an IT company. I think a separate relaxation room may help

1. Best place to work if you are a coding geek 2. You can work on different technologies and can move between teams 3. On-site opportunities 4. Good hikes 5. Design discussions. Everyone in the team including freshers are involved in technical designs and teams are open for fresh ideas. The company hires lots of freshers and this is one of the reasons for the growth of the company as new ideas keep coming in.

These are common problems for a growing company, but also issues the management needs to address: 1. Smaller Office space - Need to shift to a better office space which satisfies the company’s requirements with enough workstations and meeting rooms. There would be occasions when meetings/calls have been happening on the floor, which is at time disturbing for the people on the calls. 2. Parking - Biggest problem. Need to find a solution real quick! There are limited parking slots and the company is hiring and growing. 3. It would be nice to have facilities like gym/play areas and definitely a better cafeteria. Hardly have space for 15 employees have lunch together.
