      consistant full time work year round

      Cons

      management is imcompitent. No real support from management to workers. job has a high turn over rate and they'll get rid of anyone under 5 months even for doing the work just fine. This isnt a hard job by any means just really bad management

      Pros

      A great place to work! Fair pay, staff events (golf, Christmas party, etc), casual Fridays, donuts on Fridays, BBQs, extended health/dental, eyeglass coverage.

      I can't think of any.
