Pays below market rate. Staff does not return calls. All are in India with fake, American names. Agency did not file my State taxes as a contractor and now I owe hundreds of dollars. Will not resolve the issue or communicate the status. Never receives timesheets. Will not return calls from Houston location regarding taxes or anything else. Insurance is $900 a month for single person - way above the Govt. Marketplace rate. Complete offshore front sitting in Houston enjoying an American headquarters. Complete disregard for the contractors who make their money for them. It's easy to get 100 people from India who work for them to post reviews here but the contractors who make them their money get nothing.

Easy to start the employment process. Compensation is good depending on the role/job. Great with communication and getting back to you with any inquiries or issues. Great start for entering into contract positions.

Long process with paperwork. No holiday pay and insurance is very expensive.
