Very good - Mechanical Engineer Enterprise Insurance Group Employee Review

The only pro that I can think of are the monthly pot lucks.

Everything about working for Enterprise Insurance group was odd. From the interview to the work atmosphere. - Lack of training. - Different answers to the same question depending on what day of the week it is. - Not a friendly (social) atmosphere. - "Confrontation" is encouraged when there is an issue yet nothing is done about the issue. - Nepotism is rampant. - "Tattling" is encouraged when an error is made. - People in senior positions do not have people skills nor the skills to run their departments. - Managers do not care about their employees, i.e., do not MAKE the time to listen to issues nor do anything about ANY issues.
