Pros
Co-workers were really the only thing that made the experience bearable.
Cons
Management clearly lets you know that you are replaceable if you are unhappy at the company, stressed, etc. Little to no appreciation for long hours spent with below average pay for the Bay Area. They believe giving employees a 'Bagel Monday' is supposed to make up for the lack of appreciation. Hours are insane -- you are lucky if you get a chance to walk to the kitchen to grab your lunch. Most of the company is extremely unhappy with their jobs so the work environment is super tense/uncomfortable. The only positive is that everyone bonds over how much they hate their jobs! The interview process was far too easy which I wish picked up on. Any company that really invests in their employees will make sure they pick the right candidate. EEG is more focused on quickly replacing employees before their clients notice. The turn over rate is through the roof and the owners choose to turn the other cheek instead of changing their money driven ways. While I was working at EEG 2-3 employees within the Operations department were leaving each month. In a department of 20 people that was enough to make me get out as quickly as possible!
