Pros
Few coworkers, don't work directly with customers. Only pros if you're in certain management positions.
Cons
Managers, always a rush for them because they over book to make their bonuses, always forget about the techs, no tool allowance, poor pay, typical medical insurance, "employee discount perks" are a joke, tools get stolen, 25 cent yearly raise because boss doesnt give out 'exceeds requirements ' because he doesnt get it (it would only be 50 cents if you did), 75 cent raise per ASE cert but that tops it out. No bonuses, no commission, no promises lunches from the boss, everything is your fault and you need to work harder because the one guy wont do any more than his 10-12 cars a day. Vandalism of your expensive property like tools and toolboxes. Sexual harassment runs rampant. Efficiency is not how they like to do things. Any suggestions to better the place are shot down. Management gets higher pay than you and cant operate a screw gun.
