Pros
I cannot think of any pros at the moment. Some employees have tremendous growth opportunities, but that is only if you are great at playing the office politics game.
Cons
There are too many to list. But mainly the uncertainty of the organization, The employees are not sure if the company will be around much longer. The morale of the organization is at an all time low. The turnover in the HR department is soaring which is causing stress and triple workload for remaining employees. Bad leadership and line management is all over the company. Employees have no rights.
