      Work environment, holidays off, lots of job activities to socialize with co-workers.

      Cons

      No PTO as a contractor, they make contractors compete for future employment, their lay off practices could be better. They let people go around Christmas every year.

      Pros

      Most people are caring, and the environment is relaxed with an informal culture.

      Cons

      Knocking breaks laws, Senior Leaders care only about themselves, and cut costs at the expense of employees. While the in office environment is informal, expectation is to always be working, and you cannot go to the next level of leadership without permission.
