In current scenario nothing is good to work with this company, since company is laying off many employees and there is no new projects coming, management is incapable of retaining employees.
Cons
There are many reasons now for refusing to work with this company, previously they had flexible working hours and work from home facility, but now it is used by only management and not for all employees. They have started torching employees with any stupid reasons, just because they want to remove employees.
