      Pros

      They pay punctual and before pandemia the employees used to have free food and fridays with music and beers

      Cons

      Comisions are not hight , you only get extra if you reach more than one criteria every month and engagement depends on number of leads and quality of leads they are a provider and depends On brands to get good leads or not Some Narcissist team leaders without knowledge of management only in scripts for sales , doesn’t accept too much feedback

      Thank you for your feedback. We do acknowledge that due to COVID-19 we had to halt some employee benefits such as daily breakfast and lunch, and beer Fridays. We're constantly coming up with alternatives such as delivering fruit and vegetable boxes, and other gifts as we want to show our appreciation to our employees and we want our people to stay healthy and safe.       - Competitive Salaries - United and present C-Level Team, who are always willing to give you their time. - Wonderful growth opportunities - Breakfast, lunch and dinner (for night shifts) served every day (mon-fri) - Amazing culture in the office
