Staff are afraid of managers
Management make multiple staff members cry over the years, by picking on them continually, embarrassing them infront of the office by calling out mistakes, questioning their capabilities out loud and across the office.
Managers if they dislike a person will ignore them, not speak to them, freeze them out, look at them will annoyance, answer any questions with short annoyed responses.
Will publicly question the workload of multiple employees and imply that their efforts are not good enough. For everyone to hear.
Embarrass employees in-front of their coworker by confronting them hostilely, with raises and angry tone of voice which puts everyone on edge.
Managers favour employees with personal friendship
Certain managers will mock and make fun of another departments manager infront of staff which causes issues operationally.
Management will pick on employees ruthlessly, continuously, which makes other employees extremely uncomfortable.
Staff are too afraid and scared of management, to ask for help at times, they would rather whisper and scramble to find a solution in fear of management finding out and embarrassing them for not knowing.
Staff fear the mood of management as they are snapped at and spoken to in a rude, condescending, humiliating way. This is an almost daily occurrence from management.
Staff are too afraid to even speak out loud at times because the atmosphere is so charged with fear and hostility.
Staff are constantly called out for lack of knowledge and errors infront of everyone.
The company gaslight staff and ignore bulling by telling employees management are not bullying employees but they are being direct. This makes the company complicit in bullying and harassment.
