Pros
People you meet often have similar life experience and are not afraid to share if it helps you vice versa. Place is multi-cultural which is awesome. Leadership tries to maintain a perspective of moving forward but often times you have one person doing the job of many and eventually gets burnt out.
Cons
People you meet there can be quite helpful HR is very biased and plays favorites and will speak to your boss before you can even speak with your own boss when you have questions or need support. HR has no place trying to do anothers position. Very confusing to many of the workers there as this is common break room chatter.
