      Pros

      Easy going atmosphere for the most part. Mostly a fun group of folks. Good bonuses.

      Cons

      None of the managers will back their employees when they need it. It's every man for himself. No values. Management was only concerned with selling off the place -- piece by piece.

      Pros

      great environment, people are nice and willing to help out always. Projects are interesting.

      Cons

      There were not many cons whiloe working with Entegra Power Group. It is just a small company and plants are far away from tampa (where the internship was) I wish I had a chance see the plants.
