After a few years, I realized the company paid poorly and neglected employee well-being. Lower-level management disregarded safety concerns, forcing me to escalate issues to upper management, only to face retaliation from lower management afterward. Toward the end of my time there, it seemed they weaponized rules and “safety concerns” to target employees they disliked, often creating or changing rules arbitrarily when the employee handbook no longer served their interests. Additionally, while they offered higher pay to new hires, existing employees who started before the pay increase received no raises, resulting in less experienced colleagues earning more than seasoned staff.
