Pros
some level of autonomy to work different reqs, corporate culture isn’t so prevalent which I actually find to be a good thing, and you can make a lot of money but your work life balance will be almost nonexistent
Cons
Lots of micromanagement, honestly it should be called nanomanagement to the extent Entegee does it. Limited resources and tools available to help scale your book of business, I’m convinced the company is stuck in the 90’s, they don’t even have a real ATS system… Almost everybody who works there is two-faced and will lie and cheat to get their way and don’t care who they harm in the process.
