First off, I made a mistake and was fired and accept full responsibility for my actions. Management did not handle situation ethically, Even slandered me in the local area making it difficult to get a job... my example is when i had an interview, the interviewer told my recruiter that it was a slam dunk if not for the "unprofessional" or personal reference from someone at entegee. That was my biggest problem.
