Pros
Lots of years of experience to learn from, superb local presence and history, and flexibility to explore what kind of recruiting you are good at and interested in.
Cons
Would like to have seen more money for effective recruiting tools. They did not offer every recruiter LinkedIn Recruiter accounts. Also, ATS system was not ideal. Lots of areas for potential in process improvement. A bit redundant in tasks required to get the job done.
