Great people, keep the office stocked with snacks, coffee maker and coffee, So far, there have been decent raise like things. Being on call where you will get called isn't the best for work life balance, but it definitely helps the paychecks.

Not the best work life balance as expected out of a company like this. This company is mainly plumbing, automation, and security. So for anyone in those type of positions, expect to be on a monthly on-call register where you can definitely expect to be called multiple times.
