      "Decent" salary for scientists, everyone else gets hosed. Flexible schedule on days that you don't go out into the field.

      Cons

      Low company moral. No recognition for performance. Poor communication between management and employees. No warning before going out of town.

      Pros

      Benefits for time off are amazing. Employment size is small so you are immersed in a very diverse atmosphere. Flexible hours help out if you have personal time you need to attend to during the week.

      Cons

      Overtime pay lags a bit. Insurance is steep but that is to be expected from small businesses today. Very detail oriented and self starting attitudes are a must. If you do not have these, this job is not for you.
