Pros
The ordinary people: I love the people who works there. The management: they are good as long as there is money. (When they have money, they buy the best stuff for their employees!! )
Cons
Erratic policies. Lack of foresight and planning. Feeling of instability. They care about the goal (and low cost, obviously), they do not care about the quality. Bonuses and promises never fulfilled.
