No need to push yourself. - If you want to, you can get involved in misc. AI initiatives, many tools to play around with. - Pays well compared to other similar roles, and even across the gambling industry. You'd be a fool to leave Entain for a similar job elsewhere..
Cons
- Career opportunities aren't taken seriously. They hire you to do your job. OK there's training available to all, but the actual opportunities to learn from others, secondments etc. is practically non-existing - Strategy - while fair in this climate, is too broad and non-engaging to get people together. Too many brands/ people fight for resources, which could lead to double/ triple work being done on same initiatives. - There's real lack of alignment of succeed together. People are only promoted briefly in town halls, thats about it. - Proper customer care seems to be taken only due to mandatory requirements, not proactively.
