      Pros

      Payment is relatively high compared to other tutoring centres.

      Cons

      Everything about this company is terrible. From the interview process to even quitting, they are terrible at communicating and even made it difficult at times. They barely tell you anything about students you teach beforehand, like what level they're at, what their grade is at, etc. It is such a poorly managed company and they truly don't care about educating students.

      Pros

      The kids are great, and scheduling is very open and flexible.

      Cons

      While the staff SEEM to be organized and responsive, when you have difficulty or need support, you are often met with vague responses. Materials provided by the company are poorly edited and not professional. Pay ($19/hour) is very low for the amount of work required. No pay for prep time, but a lot of prep and marking is required.
