I had an incredible mentor who was invested in my growth. Culture is great and very welcoming. Beautiful office with open seating. Work from anywhere Wednesdays are the best. We get catered lunch every day, and lots of snacks. Love the office parties!

I can't think of any cons. Ultimately enso is evolving and growing and of course, naturally there are growing pains that come with scaling. But enso management are navigating through those and communicating with the team about upcoming changes.
