      Pros

      When I joined Ensine almost 3 years ago, it used to be the most relaxed, efficient and highly motivated company I had ever worked for. We reported directly to the CEO and it was a completely lateral team, each covering for the other.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, as the company expanded, things changed. Hierarchies grew more rigid, senior management progressively grew more aggressive and the kind of interaction we had with our boss slowly dwindled over time. For that matter, overall employee benefits also declined in the last year or so.

      1. Excellent work environment - friendly and fun! 2. A young workforce with an average age of 25 years 3. Pursues excellent work quality instead of just chasing after revenue with sub-par work. 4. Cool boss :) 5. Great opportunities to learn; I have had the opportunity to learn the ropes of digital marketing, social media marketing, market research, branding, business development, content writing, wordpress and web & graphics design - all of these in just 2 years!

      Cons

      1. The zeal most people have here for work tends to suck you in. This ends up affecting the work-life balance, as you too start emulating the people around you thinking of just work work work all the time!
