      Small company and hence great visibility Good work is immediately recognized (bad work too!) Lots of latest technologies to learn and work with Ideal for learning key skills and tech early in career

      Lower pay than large companies Not much in terms of added benefits - health / bonuses etc Mostly its all work and very little socializing

      Pros

      Learn, learn and more learn... If you love technology this is the place to go to for learning Did a 2 month internship with a group of friends and by the end of the duration I had learnt more relevant technology than 3 years of college education put together.

      Cons

      All the people in the company are a little too busy, so the attention an intern gets is limited.
