More Cons than Pros - Anonymous employee Ensemble Health Partners Employee Review

Absolutely no communication from upper management, no sense of care for employees. They do not care about patient care, only the money. To much work put on employees and they don't want to give extra help. The upper management doesnt even know how to do the job role they are asking you to do. They don't do proper training for the job roles. The pay is extremely low.
