Decent Basic Job - Denials Specialist Ensemble Health Partners Employee Review

Low pay, horrible yearly raises, significant outsourcing to offshore contract employees, little opportunity for growth/advancement. The company is disinterested in retaining their current, experienced employees in favor of allowing their positions to be filled by contracted offshore workers. Yearly raises are insignificant and bonuses are not a guarantee due to they are dependent on department performance. If you want to move up, you must be a part of a program that gives much more work/responsibilities with no additional compensation incentive.
