I love my team, but I’m so tired. - Customer Service Supervisor Ensemble Health Partners Employee Review

Pros

Remote work, health, dental, and eye insurance. Nice PTO package for salary, and options to earn extra PTO for hourly.

Cons

I was recently promoted and I have to say that life behind the curtain is not as magical as it appears. Long hours is one thing… my contract says 40, but do I work 40? Nope, minimum of 56 per week. Typically more. Maybe I’m bad at managing my time, or maybe we have too many clients and not enough time or people to master them all. Don’t get me wrong I love the challenge; but most weeks I feel like I’m drowning by Wednesday. And don’t get me started on the attendance points thing, support your employees especially your CS1’s and CS2’s. They’re drowning and barely able to scrape by with what the base pay is.

Pros

They are willing to work with you and your schedule. No issues with pay and you get paid on time consistently.

Cons

The work is extremely overwhelming and they definitely don't pay you what you are worth. Ensemble is not "People first" as they like to say. Invisible expectations.
