      Pros

      Co-workers are great to work with; however, management is another story. The patients are a blessing to hear their stories both bad and good.

      Cons

      Poor management includes supervisors, managers, directors, Vice presidents of business line and above those levels. The company does not honor its client's wishes of rewarding. They treat employees like modern-day slaves. Excuse after excuse is given to cover up for their poor management staff. The company is only about the money and how much you collect for them. They treat their employees like crap by overworking them, writing them up for little things, and having no respect what so ever and they continue to get by with it.

      Pros

      Flexible work schedule. Work remotely 100% of the time.

      Cons

      DAILY pressure and extreme stress. You will be in constant fight, flight or fear mode. There's a heavy emphasis on productivity, and KPI's without resources, tools or clear direction to accomplish either. They want to be a innovative and forward thinking/moving organization but they're missing the mark. Whatever the client wants, the client gets regardless of the impact it will have on the team and department. We work at the behest of the client, not the other way around. Ensemble started out with good intentions I believe, but somewhere along the way and the pursuit of 'revenue' they've lost their way, with no signs of ever getting 'it' (whatever 'it' is) back. Don't do it! It's not worth your sanity.
