I would not recommend - Insurance Authorization Specialist Ensemble Health Partners Employee Review

I worked at Ensemble for just under 3 years and had probably 7 supervisiors during my time with the company. An extremely high turnover rate for associates and management. VERY low pay especially with a 4-year degree. The micromanaging and favoritism is insane within the Pre-Access department. I've also never worked for a company where associates would train their own supervisor on how to do their job. Insurance and benefits are not great. I was "lied to" during the recruitment process or else I would never even have worked for this company to begin with. Make sure to ask tons of questions regarding the bonuses and pay structure. Overall, a horrible experience but I am glad I worked at Ensemble so I can appreciate my current job and company a lot more. I stayed at this job for WAY too long but am much happier now. Now I know exactly what I will not tolerate at a company for the future.
