Pros
Company has many perks like Flex and Compress schedules. Great life/work balance. They help out the community. They offer small perks for associates. Most of the people there are very nice and friendly.
Cons
Give poor raises. Many employees give their best, but sometimes the expectations can be hard to meet. Management can get all over the place because too much on their plate.
