6yI appreciate your remarks about our flexible schedules, generous benefits and competitive pay. We are committed to offering very strong compensation packages in order to attract the best of the best in revenue cycle management. I’m sorry to hear that you found it difficult to advance your career while you were with us. We critically need our associates to advance quickly towards leadership roles in order to support our our growth and we have a significantly higher promotion rate than industry average. We've built out streamlined career pathways, extensive training and an organizational development department to assist our associates with advancement. I personally make every effort to be available to associates who find challenges along the way, because I want to ensure we never lose the investment we put into developing them into Ensemble-class revenue cycle managers. It looks like you have moved on to a different organization, so I am sorry I didn’t hear from you while you were here. Certainly, I am still available to hear what you think we could have done better: ShareWithShannon@EnsembleHP.com, and if you felt you had to compromise your personal ethics, I definitely want to understand why. That’s a very unsettling thought and it’s the furthest thing from the environment we foster at Ensemble. If you can help me understand why you felt that way I can commit to you that I will investigate.
